The event planning team you retain for your celebration is responsible for implementing and overseeing every detail on the day of your party. This means, of course, that it is extremely important that you retain a team of planners with the history and years of experience & knowledge that is required to ensure your event will run perfectly smooth. Hiring a professional planner will eliminate any stress you may have and save you from making costly mistakes. It will allow you much-needed time to be with each other, and your friends & families during this special time in your lives.

Established in 2000, we specialize in planning local, destination, and virtual/social distance weddings & events. Our team of planners has the expertise and knowledge of one of the most experienced groups in all of Atlanta. We pride ourselves on the reputations we’ve established, and the resumes we’ve developed to provide incomparable, exceptional planning services to our clients. My personal education as a Certified Meeting and wedding planner. I launched my business hosting Wedding Expos. It was all these experiences combined, that lead me into wedding planning and producing events.

Get Me Started Package

$350

(Rehearsal is an additional $75)

 For the Couple who have already lined up their vendors, food, and wants someone to get her down the aisle and thru her introduction and let the DJ take over from there. Includes up to 3 Zoom Meetings, 1 In-person, and unlimited phone calls and text to share your vision, your vendors/contracts/payment information. We will ensure the contracts are properly executed and be on-site for up to three hours of your event, including set-up Additionally, we:

  • Create & distribute a Timeline for all your vendors
  • Review all contracts signed and executed by the client
  • Contact all service providers for set-up and tear-down times
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental orders
  • Distribute a client-approved timeline to all vendors at least one week prior to the event
  • Distribute all final payments and gratuities to vendors

Additional services we provide for weddings include:

  • Communicate with musicians on song selections and cueing wedding party for processional
  • Communicate and manager banquet staff regarding setups and floor plans
  • Attend soundcheck with band/musicians/DJ to establish the timing of traditions such as grand entrances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, dances, etc.
  • If you would like us to coordinate your wedding rehearsal there would be a fee of $100 for up to 2 hours
  • And Much Much Much More!

This Package is 3 hours of service time.(Planner typically leaves after Introduction of the Wedding Party)


Day Of Planning & Execution

Rehearsal Included up to 2 hours

 For the Couple who have most of their vendors, food, and décor but need a little assistance and want to enjoy their special day. Includes up to 6 Zoom Meetings up to 2 in-person, unlimited calls and text in advance where you share your vision, your vendors/contracts/payment information. We will ensure the contracts are properly executed and be on-site for up to eight hours of your event, including set-up and take-down. 

Day-of coordination includes two meetings prior to the event. The first is at about 2 months pre-event to review vendor contracts and develop a high-level timeline. The second meeting occurs 1-4 weeks prior (at the venue if possible). Additionally, we:

  • Review all contracts signed and executed by the client
  • Contact all service providers for set-up and tear-down times
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental orders
  • Distribute a client-approved timeline to all vendors at least one week prior to the event
  • Distribute all final payments and gratuities to vendors

Additional services we provide for weddings include:

  • Assisting your officiant with the rehearsal

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full Service Package. This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.

Our Partial Wedding Planning package includes:


Pre-Wedding
  • Creating a wedding planning checklist
  • Budget Management
  • Up to 8 pre-wedding consultations
  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
  • Vendor contract reviews
  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
  • Assistance with any needed hotel room blocks
  • Attendance at three final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice

Wedding Day

Unlimited time on-site with your coordination and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

Directing the ceremony processional

Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers

Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

Providing an emergency kit

Full-Service Planning Package

With this package, you'll enjoy all the fun aspects of planning you're stylish and publish-worthy wedding while avoiding the stress and anxiety that comes along the way. This package is ideal for the couple that has absolutely no idea where to start or is just simply too busy with the fabulousness of life and needs one of Atlanta's best wedding planner experts to take lead. The most important aspect is guiding you through capturing your wedding venue and then ensuring every detail of your wedding is tailored and customized with you and your love in mind.
